Peter is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Argyll Data Development Ltd and an international infrastructure specialist whose career spans government, aviation, and digital infrastructure development.

He has worked with both the UK Government and the Government of Kazakhstan on major infrastructure initiatives including airport design, certification, and strategic infrastructure planning. Peter served for six years with the European Commission as Chairman of the Performance Review Body (PRB) overseeing performance and regulatory development for European air traffic management under the Single European Sky programme.

Earlier in his career he served on several UK Cabinet Office–sponsored committees covering wind energy development, spectrum allocation, national transport infrastructure, and international infrastructure strategy. Alongside his regulatory and infrastructure work, Peter has extensive operational aviation experience and flew as Captain on both Airbus and Boeing aircraft with a major international airline.

Originally trained as a marine engineer, he now focuses on digital infrastructure development, including digital twin technologies, automation, and innovative infrastructure funding models.

Robert Mitchell

Co-Founder

Robert is the owner and operator of Killellan Farm in Argyll and a long-established local business owner. Alongside farming operations, he operates Cowal Sand and Gravel Ltd, a successful regional aggregates and materials business based at Killellan Farm.

Robert has extensive experience managing land, agricultural assets, and rural commercial operations. Under his stewardship, Killellan Farm has supported a range of productive land uses while maintaining strong links with the local community and regional supply chains.

The land proposed for the development forms a designated light industrial development zone, identified by Argyll and Bute Council in 2018. Robert’s involvement brings practical land management experience, local knowledge, and a long-term commitment to sustainable development in the region.
