ADD AI Intern Programme

The ADD AI Intern Programme gives people the opportunity to learn, experiment and build using production-scale AI infrastructure.

Start with £100 of ADD AI credits, develop your own ideas and demonstrate your capability. As you progress, further AI credits, compute resources and opportunities can become available.

Age and Participation

The ADD AI Intern Programme is open to individuals aged 16 and over, with no upper age limit.

Participation by anyone under the age of 16 will only be considered through a recognised educational establishment, with the establishment retaining responsibility for the supervision and safeguarding of the young person and acting as the primary interface with Argyll Data Development.

Argyll Data Development does not accept direct applications from individuals under 16.

Activities, access and project participation may be adjusted where appropriate for safeguarding, security, confidentiality or technical requirements.

Selection is based on potential, capability, professionalism and contribution, not age or conventional career history.

What to Expect

  • Every AI Intern starts with an initial £50 of ADD AI credits, giving you access to production-scale AI models and infrastructure to begin learning, experimenting and building.

    When you have used your first £50, we will review how you have used the resources, what you have achieved and your engagement with the programme.

  • Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

  • Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

  • Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

  • We often include optional check-ins, next steps, or community resources to help you keep the momentum going.
