SambaNova SN50: The Hidden Hardware Running the World’s Biggest Banks @AI_Vanguard_AI

SambaNova's SN50 is a new generation of AI inference infrastructure built around its Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit (RDU) architecture.

Designed for demanding enterprise and agentic AI workloads, the architecture addresses the need for high-speed inference, high throughput and the ability to operate increasingly large AI models efficiently.

For financial institutions, the significance goes beyond raw speed. As AI moves into production, infrastructure must support demanding workloads while addressing data control, security, scalability and operational efficiency.

SambaNova provides an alternative to a GPU-only approach to AI infrastructure. RDU, GPU and CPU technologies can also work together, allowing different compute resources to be applied to the parts of an AI workload for which they are best suited.

For banks deploying AI at scale, the underlying compute architecture is becoming as important as the model running on it.
